Should you change your mind about a purchase, or if you find you have ordered the wrong item and wish to return any item, you should contact us within seven days of delivery. Refunds can be paid to a New Zealand bank account of your choice, or back to credit card excluding freight charges, unless the items were incorrectly supplied, in which case Carbidenz will cover freight costs to a level not exceeding the original cost of delivery.
Returns should be made via a reputable courier company who are able to provide proof of delivery. Any item returned by any other means is done so at the sole risk of the purchaser.
If you change you mind about a purchase, please contact us immediately. If goods have not been dispatched, a full refund will be possible. If goods have been dispatched the buyer will be responsible for all freight costs.
All products are guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship, but not against improper use or normal wear and tear. If you are unhappy with any product purchased you should contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange replacement or refund.
If on inspection the goods are indeed found to be faulty, Carbidenz will cover all freight costs and offer a full refund. If no fault can be found with the supplied goods, the buyer will be responsible for all freight costs.
All prices shown on this site are in New Zealand dollars and do not include GST which will be charged at the current rate of 15.0%

Payments are processed securely by DPS in New Zealand.
Carbidenz does not view or store card information entered on the DPS site.
